See how we are verifiedQuestions we are often asked
We already patch. Why do we need vulnerability management?
Patching updates software. Vulnerability management finds what patching misses: misconfigurations, default passwords, open ports, expired certificates and old components left behind after updates.
How quickly are vulnerabilities fixed?
Once the initial backlog is cleared, which we allow three months for, we aim to fix urgent, critical and high-severity findings within 30 days and medium-severity findings within 120 days.
What is the Conosco Risk Score?
A single benchmark of your security position, calculated from the severity of vulnerabilities, how likely they are to be exploited, the systems affected and how long they have been exposed.
How does this work with the SOC?
Vulnerability management is the prevention layer; our 24/7 Security Operations Centre handles detection and response. Together they cover both sides, and the SOC can escalate findings to the vulnerability team.
