Giving back to the community

Our regular employee surveys also demonstrate that by giving back to the community in both South Africa and the UK, staff feel better about themselves, and consequently feel hugely motivated to deliver outstanding service to both our clients and each other.

Staff volunteer days

All Conosco staff are entitled to paid time off each year which they can spend supporting a good cause of their choice or one from our central CSR team. Our pair of CSR Officers (one in the UK and the other in our South Africa office) spend a full day per month to help drive forward our programme of work whether championing human rights, protecting the environment, attempting to obliterate poverty, helping young students getting into the business or delivering small acts of kindness that make a big difference.

Joining Conosco has been like stepping into a rollercoaster of excitement—minus the nausea! When I first came aboard as the Office Manager, I thought I’d just be perfecting my coffee-making skills. But with a supportive manager and an amazing team, I zoomed my way up to the People Operations Coordinator! Who knew climbing the corporate ladder could be this much fun?
