Conosco has always led the way in security for MSPs, and we’ve recently expanded our security operations to deliver an even better, broader service to all our customers.
As of January 2023, all managed support customers have been upgraded free of charge to a monthly external vulnerability scan, triage, and remediation service. This means we are actively looking for security holes, prioritizing and fixing them.
The external perimeter of any network is the most visible and attacked part of an IT infrastructure. This is why we felt it imperative to offer this service to all our customers as part of their contract – it gives them peace of mind that their security will not be compromised. It allows us to continue delivering the highest service levels across their IT estate.
This service will be managed by the newly formed Threat and Vulnerability Management (TWM) team.
Customers can also upgrade to a full scan of their internal networks and cloud platforms for complete security coverage. This even more thorough scan extends the service across all devices and networks, identifying and fixing security flaws.
We are confident these changes will improve our customers' service and ensure their IT security is second to none. Existing customers with questions should speak to their Client or Technical Account Manager.
Additionally, the Conosco Security Team delivers consultancy IT projects such as solution installation, configuration, and health checks. We can also provide ongoing dedicated roles in the form of virtual Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Information Security Officer (ISO), Data Protection Officer (DPO), and Security Operations Engineers (SOE).
