Client Manager
Location: London
Reporting to: Head of Client Services
Roles and Responsibilities
The Conosco Client Manager will form part of the Client Services team and manage a portfolio of business clients of varying sizes. He/She will have full responsibility for each client’s relationship, account plans, profitability and upselling opportunities, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction at all times.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide the face of Conosco and the main point of contact to their portfolio of clients
- Build solid relationships with new clients during the sales and onboarding process
- Nurture and maintain strong client relationships to achieve customer loyalty
- Work with clients to identify key business needs, ensure they are kept informed of new products/services and explore potential upsell opportunities
- Create and review client roadmaps and budgets in partnership with our Technical Managers
- Maintain regular contact and complete quarterly business reviews to support and maintain the ongoing relationship
- Client billing
- Build solid relationships with all Conosco teams to enable collaborative working
- Work closely with colleagues in South Africa for quotes, raising orders, projects and the business operations function in the team

- Dynamic and outgoing personality with the enthusiasm and passion to deliver exceptional customer service
- Exceptionally organised and have a composed and professional disposition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of initiative and a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
- Some knowledge or experience of client/account management in a services organisation, as well as previous IT knowledge would be advantageous
