Aaron began his career in high-end hospitality, where he built a strong foundation in customer experience and communication. He then moved into recruitment, sharpening his commercial instincts and learning to succeed in fast-paced, target-driven environments. That experience eventually led him to Conosco, where he joined as an Inside Sales Representative.

Since then, Aaron has worked his way up through the sales ranks, gaining a deep understanding of clients, services, and the broader challenges businesses face. His journey naturally evolved into a transition into marketing, where he now combines commercial insight with creativity to shape campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
