Marco is a Tier 1 Technician at Conosco with three years of experience in IT. He specializes in frontline technical support, efficiently troubleshooting issues to keep systems running smoothly. Currently, he is pursuing a BSc degree in IT to deepen his technical expertise and advance his career.
