We are delighted to announce the signing of two new clients – Crabtree & Evelyn (global retailer) and ActionAid (an international development organisation).
We have enjoyed being a partner for Crabtree & Evelyn’s UK estate, having supported the company’s London headquarters and 20 UK-based retail outlets since 2017. At the time, the retailer was experiencing complex technical issues and turned to Conosco to solve these problems and to reposition the company’s IT infrastructure for maximum future success.
Crabtree & Evelyn IT Manager, Devang Kalariya, says: “When Conosco came on board, we were going through drastic reorganisation in our IT department to modernise our IT infrastructure and services. I was looking for an outsourcing partner to help me to take care of day-to-day IT needs so that I could focus on the strategic side of the business. Conosco was ready to accept the challenge to deploy resources on such short notice. I would definitely recommend Conosco – they are the best service providers with whom I have ever worked.”
After successfully supporting the business through this complex transition to a stable long-term state, the opportunity arose for Conosco to take over the IT support contracts for Crabtree & Evelyn’s global corporate offices in Australia, Germany, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and the USA. With a proven track record for progressing Crabtree & Evelyn UK’s IT posture, Conosco is now their chosen strategic technology partner for international operations.
We have also been awarded a global contract with ActionAid, an international non-governmental organisation whose primary aim is to work against poverty and injustice worldwide. This multi-year, comprehensive professional services contract will see Conosco providing services to the charity across Europe, USA, Asia and Africa.
As news of these two contracts hits the headlines, Conosco CEO Anders Reeves says:
“Conosco’s success in forging global strategic technology partnerships with giants such as Crabtree & Evelyn and ActionAid is tremendous news and a significant milestone in our business’ evolution. The award of these contracts provides a great indicator of the confidence and assurance we provide to international organisations seeking a technology step-change. Our staff are energised and motivated by this news and the continued delivery of our growth ambition and expansion of our professional services capability. We are redefining what clients should expect from their outsourced IT provider – going beyond basic IT support provision, to long-term technology partnership. Through our continual investment in people, process, service excellence and technology, I’m proud to say that Conosco now provides competitive advantage across hundreds of client locations worldwide.”

Crabtree & Evelyn was one of the first brands to focus on natural ingredients sourced from around the world and has always reflected a spirit of discovery and adventure.
Today, more than forty years on, we continue to draw on our rich heritage and knowledge of plants and botanicals while embracing new discoveries; you’ll find this expressed in our product range of beautifully packaged body and hand care luxuries, home spa essentials and fine foods.
